For the last 16 years Heather has strived to create a comfortable, low pressure experience for her clients. She has developed client relationships based on trust by keeping communication clear and honest. Her integrity is what has built and sustained her business.
Her dedication to her craft shows as she constantly educates herself on the latest techniques and trends and has a unique perspective when it comes to deciding what look or shape fits her clients best. Specializing in detailed razor and scissor cuts she is also highly skilled in lived-in color and blonding.
When not with clients or running a successful salon, Heather enjoys time in nature with her family, the ocean, live music and fossil hunting.
Heather knew she wanted to do hair from a young age but something kept for from following her dreams. After years in corporate administrative positions she finally decided it was time to follow her passion and go to beauty school. She instantly knew she would never do anything else. There was no regret in waiting because starting this new career as a more mature person opened her eyes to what the salon industry was lacking. After two very toxic salon environments she made the exodus to booth rental as so many hairdressers do. When Heather started getting the what’s next “itch” she decided to look for a space of her own. A space that would foster community for hair stylists, a safe environment for growth and no toxic bullshit! In 2022 Heather opened the doors to Reform Salon, a commission hair salon based in freedom for hair stylists. Reform Salon offers a new way for stylists to empower themselves as artists and business owners. Reform Salon is devoted to creating a transcendent client experience filled with relaxation, superior hair services, with a little fun mixed in.
Heather’s Hourly Rate is $85/hr
